HESPERUS

The large house surrounded by a beautiful park with many trees and lawns covered with colorful flowers is inhabited by a large family, there are the elderly grandparents, the father and mother and three children, the youngest, Giulio, who has just turned ten years old, he is the most rebellious and is nicknamed "Signornò" because it is his habit to answer no to everything that is asked of him, he makes his parents despair because he always leaves all his things in disarray, which are found scattered around the house, when he comes down in the park he tramples the flowerbeds and leaves his snack waste lying around. His brothers help his parents and grandparents at home, he doesn't want to do anything and always demands that others serve him, he is also behind in his studies because he doesn't commit himself and spends his days lazing around with his nose glued to video games or television . One evening, for the umpteenth time, he quarrels with his brothers and parents because, during dinner, he got stuck by not wanting to eat what had been prepared but he demands different things and nothing of what is offered to him suits him, because he doesn't get what he wants, he takes the plate and throws it on the floor, then refusing to help clean it up, he gets up from the table, as he goes to his room, his mother calls out to him:

"If you continue like this with this rebellious behavior of yours, sooner then you will find yourself in situations that will make you understand at your own expense the mistakes you make."

The boy turns arrogantly towards his mother and with a mocking smile replies:

«Of course the black man or the mama's cat will come to tickle my feet, these are fairy tales for those who believe in them; rules, rules, only rules, this is done, this is not done, better to be like the ants that wander around all day without problems." Having said this he walks away laughing loudly towards his room, closes the door and after playing video games for a long time goes to sleep.

He wakes up with the sunlight and realizes that he is not in his bed but in the middle of a forest of strange green plants that sway in the breath of a light breeze; He looks around and can't orient himself, where is he? What happened? He sets out to try to get out of that tangle and as he walks in a sprawling manner he collides with a giant ant, frightened and shouts:

«I help a giant ant, where did I end up?».

The ant looks at him amazed and says:

«Excuse me, what are you surprised about? Because what do you think you are?"
